Supporting Individuals Who Are Ready for Change
We work with adults who’ve tried talk therapy and gained insight but still get triggered in ways that feel out of proportion. Many manage careers, family, and community responsibilities while their nervous system runs in overdrive. Often, major stressors, relationship challenges, work pressure, conflicts with grown children, or grief become the final straw, making it clear they need a new way to support their nervous system and maintain the life and relationships they want.

Direct Billing and Insurance Coverage
We offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. Please confirm with your provider that your plan covers the credentials of the therapist you have chosen and the amount that is covered.
We also offer services covered by the following programs:
NIHB Program
Non-Insured Health Benefits for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients.
VQRP
Support for individuals who have been a victim of crime, run through Victim Services.
Sliding Scale
Call to inquire regarding availability.
Fees and Investment
Therapy is an investment. We aim to offer skilled, experienced care that is also transparently priced.
INDIVIDUAL SESSION
$175
50-minute session with your therapist. Covers trauma therapy, EMDR, anxiety, grief, OCD, and most individual presentations.
COUPLES SESSION
$200
50-minute session for couples. Covers couples counselling, relationship patterns, and communication work.
EMDR SESSION
$175
50-minute EMDR session. Includes Flash technique and preparation work as needed.

Nothing you share with us is disclosed to anyone outside our practice without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

You have the right to access your records, request corrections, and understand how your information is used. If you have any questions about how we handle your personal health information, please ask.

Our Location
We are located at 13 Windward Drive in Grimsby, Ontario, close to the Niagara Escarpment and within easy reach of the lake. The space is designed to support nervous system regulation from the moment you arrive.
